New Shooters Clinic
Pistol/Rifle/Shotgun Ammo requirements.
Fifty (50) rounds of pistol Ammo (lead bullets ONLY)
Fifty (50) rounds of rifle (Pistol Caliber) ammo (lead bullets ONLY)
Twenty-Five (25) rounds of shotgun ammo, 12 GA. or 20 GA. (#4 shot or smaller)
If you (New Shooter) have Pistols/Rifles in any
other calibers,
Please bring them and the appropriate number of
rounds of Ammo (lead bullets ONLY) for them.
Please bring any Leather gear (Holsters/Belts/etc.) that you have.
For a normal Cowboy match you will need: Two(2)pistols in .32 caliber or larger. A Lever Action Rifle in a PISTOL Caliber.
A Shotgun, either a Double barrel With or W/O outside hammers (no
ejectors, extractors are ok), A 1897
Winchester Pump Action shotgun or replica thereof, (the only pump shotgun
allowed) or an 1887 Winchester Lever Action Shotgun, or a replica thereof.
If you do not have the appropriate Pistols/Rifle/Shotgun then Please bring Ammo, in either .38 Special or .45 Colt, (lead bullets ONLY) and 12 GA.
Shotgun Ammo, and "Loaner" guns will be available at the class. There
is a very limited number of Loaner guns so bring yours if you have them.
IF YOU DON'T BRING AMMO YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TAKE THE NEW SHOOTER'S CLASS
